Established 1653 - Over 350 years of faith and community
A Rich Heritage
Grace Church has a fine history dating back over 350 years. Formed in 1653, the church originally met at 11 Kings RD. In August 1734 the Chapel was opened and became the home of the Grace family in BRENTWOOD.
The chapel is Grade II listed, like much of Kings Rd and we are currently exploring creative ways to enable it to continue to resource the work of God in our town.

Church Founded
Grace Church was established during a time of significant religious change in England. The congregation first gathered in a small meeting house.
1734
Chapel Opening
In August 1734, the Chapel was opened and became the home of the Grace family in BRENTWOOD. This marked a significant milestone in the church's history.
Present Day
Continuing Legacy
Today, the Grade II listed chapel continues to be a center for worship and community. We are exploring creative ways to preserve our heritage while meeting the needs of our congregation and community.
